Explore The Remarkable Innovation Behind The Slab Cart
ADJUSTABLE SIZE capacity
The Slab Cart and the Slab Cart XL are both adjustable in length. A patent pending telescopic feature allows the cart to function collapsed or extended to adapt to whatever size slab needs handling. The load capacity of the Slab Cart extends from 84”(2.1m) to 116”(2.95m), while the Slab Cart XL extends from 120”(3.05m) to 152”(3.86m) allowing the ability to carry the largest stone slabs currently available.
Adaptability
Slab Cart’s innovative cross-brace design allows the ability to position clamps at any position along the perimeter of your workload. Also, the unique clamping system allows for additional clamping points along the length of each cross brace. This allows for strategic placement and adequate support for the most fragile of slabs while ensuring the safety of your crew.
Maneuverability
With a design platform that provides unobstructed clearance between the wheels, Slab Cart can easily maneuver tight passages and obstacles while maintaining full balance and control. Also, the Independent lifting systems on each leg assembly allows for precision handling and added control while navigating inclines.
Stability
The ability for the rolling assemblies to act independently of each other allows heavy loads to easily traverse over imperfect and uneven surfaces while maintaining safe contact with ground. Also, with the weight distributed across six (6) wheels, the weight is better distributed to prevent damage to flooring. Optional-use outriggers can be inserted to provide increased stability and weight distribution during transport.

Honest Feedback from Satisfied Customers
How has a cart system like this not existed before!!? I used the Slab Cart to deliver an 800/b table top and was able to easily maneuver it through doorways and narrow passages. The ability to balance it made rotating the slab a breeze! I was able to move and set it in place without using my own muscle. It truly does ALL of the lifting!
The Slab Cart has completely changed the way I operate my shop. This one tool has more capability than I’ve discovered so far. Obviously it can be used for installations, but I’ve also used it for fabrication. This is an absolute game changer!
FAQ
What is the Size Capacity of the Slab Cart?
The Slab Cart PRO was designed to carry the largest stone slab produced to date, the Super Jumbo Slab (138”x79”). With an oversized capacity of 146"x82" and 1600lbs. The SlabCart LTE with the telescopic extensions can carry loads as large as 122”x82”. The SlabCart ECO has a carry capacity length of 90", but can be extended to 122" with the upgraded purchase of a set of Extensions.
What is the Weight Capacity of the Slab Cart?
The SlabCart PRO, LTE, and ECO were all both designed to safely transport slab loads weighing up to 1600lbs.
What is the difference between the SlabCart PRO and the Slab Cart LTE & ECO?
Primarily the Length. The rated Load Weight Capacity and all of the features are identical. However, the frame of the Slab Cart PRO allows for an additional 24” of carrying capacity over its smaller framed counterparts.
SlabCart ECO is a "No Frills" version of the SlabCart LTE which comes with hydraulic manual lifters and optional accessories as options for future upgrades.
What are the Extensions?
The Extensions are a telescopic accessory that can be either removed or added to either or both ends of any SlabCart model. The Extensions are telescopic and can adjust in length to better adapt to longer loads without making the Slab Cart unnecessarily long for smaller loads. The Extensions come standard on the SlabCart PRO and LTE while are an optional accessory available for purchase for the SlabCart ECO model.
What capacity do the Extensions add to the Slab Cart?
Each Extension adds up to 16” in adjustable length. Two(2) Extensions add up to 32” it total length to the base length of both the Slab Cart and Slab Cart XL.
With two(2) Extensions:
122" - Slab Cart ECO & LTE
146" - Slab Cart PRO
Why does the SlabCart ECO come with hydraulic lifters instead of electric?
Primarily cost savings. The Hydraulic version uses a manual lifting Jack as an economical option which utilizes a pump handle to lift and lower loads. The Hydraulic option also offers a higher lifting range allowing loads to be lifted about 5” higher which may be handy for clearing work site obstacles.
The Electric lifting option utilizes a rechargeable 12V Lithium ion battery and is a simple push button design and is available for purchase as a future upgrade option.
Can I upgrade my SlabCart ECO to Electric Lift in the future?
Yes. An upgrade accessory is available to convert your Hydraulic SlabCart EOC to an Electric Lift. The upgrade kit is a simple swap and utilizes basic tools to install. Call for info and pricing.
What are the adjustable stabilizers or "outriggers"?
Two primary functions:
The SlabCart was designed to go through door openings as narrow as 30” while carrying the load vertically, or near vertical, during transport. We understand that not all loads may be balanced when the load is rotated horizontally. The stabilizers allow for a larger rolling footprint for off-balanced loads, providing more stability. The Stabilizers can be adjusted in length or removed entirely during transport while under full load.
The other feature is to provide an additional point of contact with the ground allowing for more weight distribution across an extra set of wheels. This feature comes in handy when rolling over softer ground or flooring to prevent damage due heavier loads.
