– Telescopic Cart Length: We know every job won’t require the need to transport a full-length slab. Telescopic Extensions allow you to adjust the overall length of your SlabCart™ to suit the size of your slab, make handling easier to maneuver in tighter spaces.

– Adjustable Cross-Bracing Support: Designed to clamp to any size/shape up to a full-size slab design. The adjustable length and placement design allows for strategic clamping at ANY point around the perimeter or sink opening of your slab.

–Full 360° Locking Tilt: With a full clear span between the leg supports, you can rotate a full balanced slab effortlessly and lock in position during transport or adjust to navigate narrow passages and obstacles.

-Multifunctional Transport Device: Designed to replace the need for a transport rack or the need to move from one handling device to another. Our design allows uninterrupted handling from fab shop to install site. Locking Casters and built-in anchor points make this system easy to strap down within a box truck, van, or trailer. 

– Electric Power Lift: Muscle with precision! Push button controls allow users to navigate around obstacles, through doorways, up and down stairs, all while having full control of your slab and allowing you to gently set directly in place atop cabinetry. The dual power lift system comes with rechargeable Lithium-Ion batteries and charger.

– Independent Wheel Systems: The rolling leg assemblies lift/lower independently from each other and can tilt separately of each other while carrying a balanced load. This means both leg systems can sit on different surfaces and inclines while all wheels maintain safe and stable contact with the floor.

– Balanced Load Tilt Adjuster: Built in to our design design, the adjustable tilt axis point allows you to make adjustments to balance the weight of the slab load to minimize effort needed to tilt a workload.

– Telescopic Outriggers: Outriggers allow for a more stable platform and minimize the risk of tipping in the event of off balanced loading. They simply slide in/out or can be removed entirely when not needed.

– Locking Swivel Casters: – Six(6) Solid Rubber full swivel casters (Eight(8) w/ outriggers) allow more contact points for stability while rolling on uneven terrain and providing better weight distribution over softer surfaces while reducing the risk of damage to flooring. The Locking wheel feature for each wheel is ideal for securing position while transport/hauling.

Our Pro line series offers a large capacity frame with dual telescopic extensions capable of extending the frame to 146”. This package level can safely carry and handle the largest stone slabs currently being manufactured. The dual Power Lift allows for a safe carrying and handling load of up to 1600lbs. This cart can safely handle the biggest manufactured slabs, the Super Jumbo Slab!

  • What is the carry capacity of the SlabCart™?

     

    The SlabCart PRO was designed to carry the largest stone slab produced, the Super Jumbo Slab. With an oversized capacity of 146"x82 and upto 1600lbs. Included clamping hardware allows for mitered edges up to 3.75"

  • What are the Extensions?

     

    The Extensions allow for 32 inches of telescopic adjustment to fit the SlabCart's overall length to the size of the slab being transported. Remove the extensions entirely if the cart's overall length needs further reduction.

  • What are the adjustable stabilizers or "outriggers"?

     

    Two primary functions:

    The SlabCart™ was designed to go through door openings as narrow as 30” while carrying the load vertically, or near vertical, during transport. We understand that not all loads may be balanced when the load is rotated horizontally. The stabilizers allow for a larger rolling footprint for off-balanced loads, providing more stability. The Stabilizers can be adjusted in length or removed entirely during transport while under full load.

    The other feature is to provide an additional point of contact with the ground allowing for more weight distribution across an extra set of wheels. This feature comes in handy when rolling over softer ground or flooring to prevent damage due heavier loads.

We are committed to providing the highest quality products And stand behind our craftsmanship. Therefore, we offer a lifetime warranty On all of our in-house manufactured “Blue” components of the SlabCart™. We stand behind any manufacturing defects under normal use for the lifetime Of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, Neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Electrical components 18 month warranty: The electric lifts warranty is provided by the manufacture and warrants that their linear actuators are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use and will conform to Manufacturer's published specifications. The batteries are also protected under the same warranty terms.

Governing Law: SlabCart™ and the Client agree that this Contract shall be governed by the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina without reference to conflicts of laws principles. The Client consents to the jurisdiction of courts located within the State of North Carolina to resolve any disputes that may arise between SlabCart™ and the Client.

SlabCart PRO features a patent-pending telescopic, adjustable-length frame design. It is engineered to meet the demands of challenging applications serving as a modular platform that securely accommodates even the largest slabs.

Adaptability

Slab Cart’s innovative cross-brace design allows the ability to position clamps at any position along the perimeter of your workload. Also, the unique clamping system allows for additional clamping points along the length of each cross brace. This allows for strategic placement and adequate support for the most fragile of slabs while ensuring the safety of your crew.

Maneuverability

SlabCart Pro provides unobstructed clearance between the wheels, offering valuable space through tight areas while maintaining full balance and tilt control during the transport process. Also, the Independent lifting systems on each leg assembly allow for precision handling and added control while navigating inclines.

Stability

The ability for the rolling assemblies to act independently of each other allows heavy loads to easily traverse over imperfect and uneven surfaces while maintaining safe contact with ground. Also, with the weight distributed across six (6) wheels, the weight is better distributed to prevent damage to flooring. Optional-use outriggers can be inserted to provide increased stability and weight distribution during transport.
